I'm Barbara Cortina Lopez, I live in Houston, Texas with my husband Jorge and my rescued dog Lenard.  It's been on my heart to create a personal blog that centers around some of my passions: travel, style & sharing words of encouragement. My blog name Placed & Purposed was birthed from the belief that each of us are here on purpose, for a purpose & with a purpose.
